Food business operator
The food business operator responsible for the products sold here, within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, is Savora Kitchen B.V. at the address above. We are a registered food establishment NL-KIT-4471 with the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA), operate a HACCP plan audited annually, and hold a retained sample and full batch record for every production run for eighteen months. Management and responsibility for content
Managing director: Marijke Aalders, founder & head of kitchen, at the address above. She is also responsible for the editorial content of this website, including recipes, product descriptions and the Slow-Cook School. Operational and wholesale matters: Tobias Renner, operations lead, at the same address.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Server logs, backups and the self-hosted statistics install all sit on that infrastructure inside the EU. Details of what is stored and for how long are in the privacy policy.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are willing to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution with consumers. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints about the safety or labelling of food may also be made directly to the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA). Our own complaints procedure and the applicable law are set out in the terms and conditions.
Intellectual property and the mark
The Savora word mark and the ring-and-pan device are registered Benelux trade marks held by Savora Kitchen B.V.. Site text, recipes and photography are ours or licensed to us. Requests to reuse anything: [email protected] — the Slow-Cook School lesson text is free to reuse for teaching without asking.
Photography credits
Bundled photography on this site is licensed under Creative Commons Zero (public domain) via the Openverse index; the manifest shipped with the theme records the source URL for every image. Product, kitchen and portrait photography is our own.

Found a vulnerability? Write to [email protected] with “security” in the subject. We will confirm within two working days, will not involve lawyers over a good-faith report, and will credit you if you want the credit. Please do not test against live orders or other customers’ data.

Anything you cannot read here — an ingredient deck, an allergen table, a price — we will read to you over the phone during opening hours.
