What we send with a first order
- Printed shelf-talkers and a one-page staff sheet per product — heat level, what to cook with it, what to sell it alongside.
- Two sample jars per line so your staff can taste before they sell.
- Full specification sheets: ingredient decks, the 14 declarable allergens, nutrition per 100 g, shelf life, batch coding and pallet data.
How to open an account
Write to Tobias Renner, our operations lead, at [email protected] with your shop name, city, a link, and roughly what your food shelf looks like. We answer within two working days and we do say no — usually because someone two streets away already stocks us, and splitting a small street helps nobody.
