20-Minute Meal Kits
Four kits. Each one holds the parts of dinner that are hard to buy in the right quantity — the blend, the sauce, the paste, the odd handful of something — and assumes you will buy the meat, fish or vegetables fresh.
We do not ship you a chicken breast in a chilled box across a continent. That is the part of the meal-kit model that is worst for the food and worst for the planet, and it is the part your local shop already does well. What we send is the shelf-stable half, portioned for two, with a card that gets you from bag to table in twenty minutes.
| Kit | In the box | You buy | For 2 | For 4 |

| Ragù Sunday | Slow Red 350 g, Ember Rub sachet, dried pappardelle 250 g, pecorino 40 g | 400 g beef mince or lentils | €24 | €38 |
| Harissa Chicken Traybake | Rose harissa 120 g, Golden Hour sachet, preserved lemon, freekeh 200 g | 4 chicken thighs, 2 red onions | €24 | €38 |
| Miso Butter Cod | Barley miso 90 g, Green Sesame 190 ml, sushi rice 200 g, nori | 2 cod loins, spring onions | €26 | €42 |
| Ember Steak & Beans | Ember Rub 30 g, Nightshade sachet, borlotti 400 g, Cellar Salt sachet | 2 sirloin or 2 large mushrooms | €24 | €38 |
How the twenty minutes works
- Minute 0. Read the card. It is one side, six steps, and the first step is always the thing that takes longest.
- Minute 1. Heat the pan or the oven. Every card starts here because a cold pan is where twenty minutes becomes thirty-five.
- Minutes 2–14. One pan, one tray, or one pot. Nothing in these kits needs two.
- Minutes 15–20. The finishing step — the sauce, off the heat. This is the bit that makes it taste cooked rather than assembled.
What arrives, and what keeps
Everything in a kit is shelf-stable, so the box goes in a cupboard, not a fridge. Best-before dates are at least four months out on despatch; the pecorino and the preserved lemon are the shortest-dated things in the range and are packed in nitrogen-flushed pouches. Once you open a kit, the recipe card tells you what to refrigerate.
Vegetarian and vegan
Ragù Sunday works with lentils, Ember Steak & Beans with large flat mushrooms, and both cards carry the alternative timings. Miso Butter Cod does not work without the fish, so we do not pretend it does. Tick “vegetarian” at checkout and we swap the pecorino for aged sheep-free hard cheese; tick “vegan” and we leave it out and take €2 off.
Buying them regularly
A rotating kit is included in The Cellar at the €78 quarterly tier. Standalone kits ship in 48 hours, free over €55, and the full allergen breakdown per kit is on the allergens page.
